weeks ago, i got this LX3 semi pro camera

i've been eyeing on it for several months, since the day i saw several good reviews of the LX3 in various forums.

Day 7

baby and i had tamagoya for lunch!
bi had the curry croquette egg-wrapped rice while i had the pork chop curry egg-wrapped rice.
i was lucky enough to order the chef's recommendation for that day.
and i got a raspberry ice cream for free, and shared it with baby ((:

the weather was good, no rain or whatsoever.
but it was cold, had to don on my hoodie the whole time.

baby and i had major retail therapy at wufenpu again.
omg, i got 2 really nice tees from another shop at affordable prices!
and how could i possibly leave out J5.1?
lol, and i got 2 tees again from J5.1! (:
awesome service and awesome tees!
whilst, baby got tons of cute dresses, tops and belts from there.

back to the hotel again for some rest, then to shilin night market for dinner and more shopping!
haha, but i kept on telling baby that i must control myself and stop buying another shirt from shilin.


Day 8

damn, i'm already feelin the withdrawal symptoms already, even i was still in taipei.
cos there's only 2 good days to be in taipei(as the last day ain't counted)

had lunch with baby at gratin house, as i kept bugging her to go there(lol).
i had the seafood lasagna(garfield's favourite!), while baby had the curry chicken gratin.
the lasagna was gooood.
and both of us ordered a set meal each.
surprisingly, each set meal only cost NTD240 which is equivalent to SGD10+ to 11plus.
a single set meal consists of, a soup of the day, warm toasted bun and a garlic bread, and a drink of your choice.
i adore taiwan's restaurants, as they always offer set meals which are value for money.
so the bill came up to NTD480, which is approx SGD23 to 24!!
for 2 people, that's really cheap!

bi and i shopped after lunch, and she bought some cosmetics(INTEGRATE, marjolica) from watsons and ORBIS.
as for me, i bought another pair of zapatos del barco from the Vans store!
i'm totally a Vans fan!

after which, we headed for wufenpu(yes, again).
baby and i never get sick of wufenpu, we managed to know which shops have hidden gems in them.
and bi got more clothes and stuffs, plus some magazines.
headed back to ximending to store our pickups.
and i went to outerspace again to get another tee for me ^^
then, back to shilin night market again for food and some light shopping.

baby and i were so lucky, cos we gashaponed and i got a doraemon figurine, while baby got a hello kitty figurine.
and all these are authentic
the figurines were way too big for the gashapon capsules, so there will be a piece of paper in each capsule, and on each paper, there would be a number written on it, indicating which figurine you would be getting.

the rest was non-stop shopping and eating.


Day 9

argh, baby and i couldn't believe that we're gonna leave taipei on the following day.
during that day, i was heavy-hearted, and having mixed feelings.
we decided to fully make use of this entire day.
so we went modern toilet to dine again.

i went back to walux again and bought two tees.
and it was the same sales person who served me last time, he was uber friendly and nice.

he secretly gave me a walux note book(in order to get the note book, you have to make a minimum purchase of NTD3000, and i only spent NTD2000+++).

and one of the tees i bought was meant to be released on the following day, but he made it an exception for me and sold it to me

we did chatted with him, and told him that we're gonna leave taipei on the next day.

i didn't wanna miss the opportunity, so i asked him whether i could take a pic with him, and he was willing to do so!

haha, baby and i made a breakthrough man, at least we've made new friends!

then to wufenpu, and bi bought 3 pairs of shoes and tons of clothes.
and she bought 2 dresses from a shop.
and the lady boss likes baby a lot.
she told baby,
"hey, i've see you shopping at my shop many times, feel free to look around. you know, i like to see you in my shop! feel free to look around, and if you like any dresses, i'll give you lots of discounts!"
wahaha, baby even chatted with her, you see, most taiwanese are nice, and befriending with them isn't difficult at all.

and i got short-sleeved checkered hoodie shirt from J5.1.
the sales person who served me recognised me, he was like,
"hey dude, you've been buying from us often right? i kept seeing you shopping in this area"
and i went,
"yeah, i've bought 4 tees from you guys, already."

and without any hesitation, that guy gave me a discount for my hoodie shirt!
this is so cool!

back to the hotel again, and went to shilin night market for the very last time.
and bi did her nails after dinner.
now baby has bling bling nails, WOOSH!

cabbed back to the hotel, and we packed our luggages heavy-heartedly


Day 10

sigh, the very last day.
baby and i can't bear to leave taiwan.
so we shop around for the very last time.
and baby got stuffs from etude house and ORBIS.
we had lunch at mos burger.
then we had cold stone ice cream (omg, its so nice and chewy!)
then back to the hotel at 3pm.
and our friendly driver fetched us on time! (:
then to taoyuan airport we go.
and according to the cab driver, the expressway to taoyuan airport was badly congested, due to the fact that it was a friday, and everybody are either driving back to their homes after work or taking flight to other countries.
so he drove the longer way, and he promised us a series of beautiful scenery of ba li, which is near danshui.

our super cab driver strength was unbelievable.
he was able to carry our luggages onto/off the car with no sweat at all.
his service was really top-notched!

there was a huge queue at the check-in counter, no choice, it was the weekend after all.
and our luggage was damn heavy.
after checking in, we shopped around at taoyuan airport's dfs.
baby and i bought skincare products, while she got the anna sui perfume, and i got the giorgio armani perfume for myself.

boarded our flight and it was a smooth ride back home.
but the feeling of missing taiwan really sucks.
i miss taiwan badly.

thanks baby for these wonderful 10 days, i really enjoy it a lot with you baby.
